Thanks for the tips and advice, Mark. I've driven myself nuts looking at possible combinations. The rendering shows areas where even a 1.5 mm bit isn't fin... |

No real problem with that wood movement wise. All the pieces have grain running in the same direction, and will move together. Of course it's only a screwed bu... |

I looked at Blackburntools.com. He does indeed have drawings of tool handles you can download. You could import them into V-Carve to cut out the handles,... |

If you're good with skechup you can also export an svg and use that on Vcarve. That's what I've been doing lately. Nothing complicated. I'm not that great at skechup |

Thread: 6” or 7” ducting?
Post: RE: 6” or 7” ducting?
So I ended up buying 6" spiral ducting. The calculations I got seemed to indicate the longest run I had would yield similar cfms. I guess I'll know for sure after I put it together and slap an anemo... |

Thread: 6” or 7” ducting?
Post: RE: 6” or 7” ducting?
Based on the table above and the parameters they used (8” flexible hose at 128” long) it seems like 8” provided the largest cfm and fastest velocity. Unless I’m missing something and didn’t read it pr... |

Thank you! That’s very helpful information. I had initially planned on going 7” throughout the whole run till the very end.
Anyone have recommendations on a crimper? |

Rockler has one that works. I'm not exactly sure which model it is but I believe it's the one I linked below. If you have a store in your area I would check.
