Some of this looks really interesting. Being new to hardwoods, when pieces are described as being 2 1/2" thick, that's 10/4 stock, right? I'm interested in material for cutting boards.

too bad you have to give up tools.  those old gray ridgid tools are guarantied for life against manufacturing defects, regardless of ownership.
