If the above ideas don't work I've heard of people going to a company that makes hydraulic hoses. Hydraulic hoses carry way more pressure than home shop/small shop air systems. I'm not familiar at all...

Being biased against anything wireless where there's a practical alternative, I'd think about relays and low voltage control circuits with multiple start/stop stations. I'm certain wireless is cheaper...
