The show has gone downhill long before the pandemic. The best ones were those held before 2010. G. Blackburn and later Paul Sellers did the handtool demos there. Classes in the old days were all free.... |

As for clamping, loose tenons or dowels will make the job a lot easier. You could possibly get away with just two to at the most four long clamps.
