Folks don't realize how expensive shipping is and USPS is actually the only way to affordable ship small packages.  UPS wouldn't ship an empty box to your house a mile away for $7.

Problem is the bearings will probably not line up with the cutter edge anymore.  Many sharpening shops take too much material off which doesn't help.

Axiom has a new $3K model I saw at IWF, comes with a 1HP spindle and doesn't use a router motor.  Maybe worth a look the I2R series. https://www.axiomprecision.com
