Does anyone have experience with the PSI duplicator? Looking at making a chess set. Templates will be provided a friend who will finish carving them. All said and done I keep the duplicator.

Just curious. If there is a long history of slipping, have you considered replacing pulley/belt? Seems to me you're treating the symptom and not the cause.

Get some JB Weld. Use a small pick to force it into the threads. Put wax on a 1\4-20 bolt and chase the threads. Back the bolt out and allow the JB to dry. Problem solved.
