I vote for the cheap panel carriers that the stock rests on and it Is an extension of the arm. I have a bad shoulder and it is the most comfortable to me.

Capacitor is probably gone. Turn the switch on and lift the arm and let it drop. See if it runs with a kick start. |

Get some JB Weld. Use a small pick to force it into the threads. Put wax on a 1\4-20 bolt and chase the threads. Back the bolt out and allow the JB to dry. Problem solved. |
