Could be the framing around the door is a header? Just cut the drywall out with a utility knife and put the patch in. If you want crack repairs to hold, they should be taped.

I'd use a fly cutter or bent coat hanger to tram an auxiliary table.

I like the texture of a roller. Some commercial painters spray and then back-roll.

I don't think snipe is a function of the in and outfeed tables as much as it is a function of flex in the head allowing some twist when climbing onto and then off of a board.

This sucks.  I always figured Grizzly was doing a pretty good job w/ parts.  But 4-YO and no motor availability is a major fair, IMHO.
