My first search would be McMaster-Carr or Grainger.. Count the teeth, measure the bore, find out what size chain it is and then start hunting. Good luck!

RESULTS: I needed to dig a 1' deep "French Drain" beside my driveway.  House is 500' from road because of flood plain restrictions. Water company sent out a truck who carefully marked 24" water line...

I'd make it using arched slats with spaces between so any glue will be well away from heat. Also remember that dish will be cooling off and heat rises so the wood won't get the full brunt of the heat...
