I made 2 without any lathe. One is round rod and one is square bar. I used an angle grinder to notch them out for the cutters and then tapped holes for the screws.

Deft is a lacquer and definitely amber in color. Oil based poly is amber as well but to a lesser degree, and water based is almost completely clear. I have had very good results storing waterlox ...

I am having issues as well. After I select the photo and hit add image the name of the picture file disappears. I have tried in both mobile and desktop modes. Any suggestions?
