Festool Rotex and ct22 dust extractor. I was using a DA air sander and a PC "speedblock". Made sanding enjoyable when the dust disapeared. Ed

Problem is many drill presses use an acme thread for the stop post. Mills are usually 1/2-20 thread. Delta used acme, they also offered a quick nut option, I've never seen one for sale. Ed

IME, many of Deltas profiles were not standard. They don't match any others on the market. Trying to match something made with them is futile... Ed

Mine is made by CMT, was no where near $200, hard to tell now. Its 10" diameter ground steel. One of the best set up tools I've ever bought, works on the ts, ras and 2 miter saws. Ed

Not standard. Key size is dependant on chuck size. Check McMaster Carr, they should size the keys by the number on your chuck. Ed
