Yup...build it. I've made 2 (so far), 2 layers of 3/4 particle board glued & screwed. Bottom layer is one piece, top layer is 4 pieces so I can have a square replacable insert.
Trim with hardwood and... |

Festool Rotex and ct22 dust extractor.
I was using a DA air sander and a PC "speedblock".

Thread: Ideas for Drill Press depth Stop
Post: RE: Ideas for Drill Press depth Stop
Problem is many drill presses use an acme thread for the stop post. Mills are usually 1/2-20 thread.
Delta used acme, they also offered a quick nut option, I've never seen one for sale.

I gave up on "sliders" long ago when doing long cuts that needed to be spot on, to much deflection.

IME, many of Deltas profiles were not standard. They don't match any others on the market.
Trying to match something made with them is futile...

Milton makes re-useable ends for air hoses. I get them at CarQuest.
You'll need to know the id & od of your hose.
Easy to put on, put the sleeve over the hose, screw the "barb" in and tighten. No mo... |

Mine is made by CMT, was no where near $200, hard to tell now. Its 10" diameter ground steel.
One of the best set up tools I've ever bought, works on the ts, ras and 2 miter saws.

Not standard. Key size is dependant on chuck size.
Check McMaster Carr, they should size the keys by the number on your chuck.
