Thread: Rid house of old electronics/electricals?
Post: RE: Rid house of old electronics/electricals?
Before you throw out any old computer stuff check on ebay sold listings to see if it's worth anything. I'd rather not talk about how I found out about this.
Okay, I threw out a board that regularly... |

I can drive up there, it's not horribly far from here.
That chest if beautiful, if I was doing something like that I would go visit. I'm making something that's a lot more pedestrian.

I moderate a totally unrelated forum and the company that runs it has threatened to switch over to that style instead of a forum tree like it is now (and woodnet is now). They say it drives traffic. ... |

Thread: Oneida dust collector wall brackets
Post: RE: Oneida dust collector wall brackets
My oneida cyclone is older by a few years. It came with an angle iron bracket. I always thought it was funny there was no bracing, it's just right angles. It works though. |

Thread: Machined miter bar?
Post: RE: Machined miter bar?
I'm not sure this is the part of the miter gauge that I would want to improve. I'm pretty happy with my Incra miter bar. If I ever end up machining a fixed 90 degree miter gauge, I'll probably use t... |

Thread: exact 90 miter guage
Post: RE: exact 90 miter guage
I want an exact 90 degree miter, but the WP example doesn't look that great to me and it's too much. I wonder if it's exactly some angle close to 90 degrees. And I don't see any reason for such a lon... |

I had this situation, but I ended up taking some drywall out and doing surgery on the framing with an oscillating tool/chisel. Then I figured out that the door is bowed too. When the weather warms u... |

You could probably run a mini-split heat pump cheaper, more efficiently with a much greater heat exchange rate than running a pump and blower.

at one time there was a 26" oven size. I think it might have been a GE exclusive. Our kitchen cabinets are built to use one, and when the old oven died in a shower of molten burner, the only 26" ove... |

I did this, it was relatively easy. I got a direct 120v led lamp. The only thing about the circuit is that the switch actually has a starter in it, and it doesn't work with a direct wire lamp*. Fortun... |
