The drill tests to 1/2" but it's a challenge getting the dowel through the 1/2" hole and pushing the dowel approx 5" to next hole. A 9/16th drill bit results in hole that's just a hair too big........

DEWALT DW618PKB suitable for router table install???  Can't adjust height when upside down in table.  Fine when standing up.

The standard plastic cover for microwave cooking fell on a heated stove top. Can't get the melted plastic off [tried single razor blade (which USUALLY cleans everything)]. Is it there forever???
