Thanks to all that responded.  I chased down all of the suggestions, and the only supplier that has inventory ready to ship now is Woodcraft.  Honestly, I rarely buy from them as they their deliveries...

I just finished a piece that included epoxy-filled cracks and used OSMO Polyx-Oil. It went on beautifully, including over the epoxy. I really liked the look.
