I’m pretty satisfied with the two Koehler toilets I purchased from Costco. They flush really strong, come with everything you need to install including the seat and are under $200.

To me it sounds more like a switch problem. If you take it apart, give the switch a shot or two of compressed air and see if that helps.

Try looking for either stone tile or outdoor rated porcelain tiles. I would really urge the use of the stone tiles. Menards carries a few.
