My neighbor had one and had problems for a year. Finally got rid of the problem by selling the house. People who moved in took the opener off immediately.

Low flow faucets may not activate the heater. Tankless heaters need to have a minimum flow rate activate. Check this before installing.

Got the new switch yesterday and installed it today. The wiring was different from the original, but I got it figured out.

Yes, I’m talking about hand rails. If I had a welder and knew how to weld, the iron pipe might work. I’d have to keep after the painting though.
