New kitchen center island top is mahagony with finish coat of conversion varnish. I managed to put a long but vey shallow scratch in the surface. Any help with repair suggestions.
Thanks in advance

I just tried some conversion varnish so have not needed to repair it. What I find works well for waterborne is to lightly smooth the scratch with a 3M 8440 pad then fill with finish using a toothpick or artists brush, then finish with the 8440 pad.
