3/4 of my work has been coming from the Denver area this year so I've made six trips since January and probably three or four more this year. Strongly considering moving to the area and may look at some real estate when I return in two to three weeks. I'm used to having almost 8k square feet all to myself plus lumber drying area so settling on a much smaller space would be tough but necessary due to the expensive real estate.
