If I remember correctly, someone on here wanted to put a router table in their table saw wing. I said I'd post pictures of how I did mine. Here they are. I used 2 layers of 1/2" MDO, glued face to face for the table.

I no longer build museums but don't want to change my name. My new job is a lot less stressful. Life is much better.

I'm so sorry for the delay. If you have any questions, please ask. I added a miter gauge track on the top and 2 T-tracks for the fence. I can post pictures if you want. By the way, this setup works flawlessly. It could use some upgrades and improvements but hey, you work with what ya got. I have used it to make moldings and replicate some pieces for a customer.
This is just my version, there are others out there for different situations. this may not be the best but it works very well for me,
