Remember it is easier to add another coat than to sand too much off. Roly

I only use mine on the ceiling. I can do the walls fairly well and don't have to sand much but the ceiling is a royal pain in the shoulders.

didn't feel so hot today, so not much got done. The part of the ceiling I taped so far looks ok. This is the basement, I'm not going to obsess too much. I did so much plaster repair work at my mom's house that I'm reasonably capable of making things look good without a lot of sanding
