NOS Twist Bits, Reamers and Gauges
#4
Ok, I'm a bit out of my element here, this is more machinist stuff, but drill bits that cut metal will cut wood, so......

I got a good deal on this stuff and want to pass it on.  What I've got are 23 packs of high speed twist drill bits, NOS, with a dozen bits (some are open, I didn't count them) in each package.  90% of them are still sealed packets.  I also have three NOS Products Engineering (PEC) drill gauges made of heavy gauge aluminium.  I also have some individual bits not in original packaging but are NOS, and finally two NOS  "No. 900 High Speed Straight Flute Reamers" made by "Millersburg Reamer and Tool Co., Millersburg PA"

First the reamers:  Again, NOS marked as indicated above, super clean, still in wax paper wrapping, 3/8", if you've got a milling machine and ever bought these new, you will recognize the value, $25 each plus shipping, take 'em both for $40:  Pic:

The rest is a package deal for someone.  Here's a listing of the sizes, they refer to "#" sizes, and then a decimal inch equivalent that I got from the drill gauge, the machinists among you can explain this, but this is what I figured out, but again, this is not my area so I could be wrong on sizing, but between the two size indicators you can figure it out:

#5 - .2055; #9 - .196; #12 - .189; #13 - .1859; #24 - .152; #26 - .147; #27 - .144; #34 - .111; #35 - .055; #38- .1015; #41 - .096; #43 - .089; #44 - .086; #48 - .076.

Then I have packages of 12 with markings that make sense to me, 1/8", 3/64; 3/16; 13/64; 7/32 (three of these); 17/64.

Then there are loose bits, still NOS, as follows:  four 5/16; one 15/32; one 13/32 and four 11/32.

Some bits are made by "Continental Drill Corporation, Chicago Ill" and others under a government contract by "Avildson Tools and Machines Inc. New York"

Finally, included in the package deal are three NOS drill gauges made by Products Engineering (PEC), great maker

This is quality, NOS, vintage stuff, there's over 275+ bits here, plus the three gauges; they don't make them like this anymore, at least in the USA.  Like I said, I got a deal and I'm passing this along, so as a package deal you get everything but the reamers, which are priced separately as indicated above, for $80 plus shipping.  Real value here to someone who is a heavy user of quality bits.

As always, first PM with an unequivocal 'I'll take it' gets priority, and please include in the PM your full shipping address so I can print mailing labels and quote shipping.  I don't have paypal or any other EFT technology, so payment by USPS money order please, unless I know you from the forum, then checks are ok.

For the right person, these are screaming deals.  Thanks for looking.
