50' of 1" black steel pipe is good for 257,000 BTUH. What you have won't cut it. Looks like you would need a meter upsize as well.

I appreciate that blackhat. Like I had said earlier, cost wasn't the only or primary factor but it has to be considered. Replumbing gas and upsizing in meter really put this out of desirable range for me.
