CBN

I'm going to order a CBN wheel and reading about them wondered if a CBN bench stone might be better than diamond. Are CBN bench stones available?

CBN is only an advance on diamond in a high speed grinder. In a bench stone, where speed is a non-issue, diamond is harder and sharper.

And, yes, you can get a CBN bench stone. Unless significantly cheaper than diamond, I do not see the point.
