Has anyone used or have knowledge about Valhalla Lifetime Wood Treatment?
It sounds waaaay too good to be true, especially since it is water based,

I couldn't find a product data sheet or safety data sheet to see what's in it.  If this product is a lifetime wood treatment product that really works it will be the first.

Read both rave and boo reviews on the stuff, would rather buy a quality product knowing have to reapply periodically.
