Toilet making a strange noise

Thanks all. I think we either have a frozen or snow filled vent. Our weather has been just a tad nasty. We are (hopefully) leaving for a rum filled beach as of zero dark thirty tomorrow morning. I am sure thier sewer vents will not be frozen
