No leaks yet, still knocking!
It was all because I had a well only hooked up to the outside faucets and the pump went bad. Decided to get it "abandoned" and hook them up to "city water". Now with the extra pressure I have three outside faucets that need new washers. I already tightened up a "ball valve" on the inside that also didn't like the extra pressure. I do enjoy the extra pressure outside now, I know my water bill will go up some, but I don't know if I needed to water the lawn at all last summer. It wasn't cost effective any more to maintain a well just for watering. City made me get it tested ever few years, and then it might have bacteria, I would have to treat it and then test again. Hope life is a little easier.
