If your plan is to use these cupped boards in a frame, you may be in luck. Tage Frid tells you to put a wet towel on the concave side and steam it with an iron. I can't remember if I saw it used by David Marks in an article or in a video.
I used it on a board and it has stayed flat...which isn't always the case.
Flatten your cupped boards when you are ready to frame them.
Oh yes, sticker your lumber if you move it inside and vice versa.
