Slick rig.
With my sled you cut on the left first just to get one of the 45s, then use the stop on the right to get the final length. Nice and simple. I think I want to add T track for the stop block instead of the toggle clamp.

The Frame Square saw has both a length stop (for both sides of the blade) and a toggle clamp quite near the cut.
The toggle clamp ensures that the moulding is snug against the fence.
It is essential that opposite lengths on the frame be exactly the same length, so you need positive stops also for precise work.
If you are finishing after assembly this is not as critical.
No animals were injured or killed in the production of this post.
