I used PPG's Breakthrough! 250VOC. It dries hard and fast. It dries so fast that you are advised to filter it each time you load a spray gun. If brushing (which I have not tried) it is recommended that you apply quickly.
Note: The VOC 50 is not recommended for cabinets.
Also note that when I primed with a shellac based primer it caused the paint to craze. PPG claims "excellent adhesion to most substrates" and I have found that no primer is required.
The fast drying is a huge plus for me. You can re-coat in 20 minutes and install in 3 hours. Other finishes can take 24 hours to 2 weeks to cure enough to install.
