What is you'alls go to 7 1/4 circular saw blade? Do you just use a combo or do you switch for ripping and cross cutting> Thanks.

Normally a 24T Freud.
Dewalt has some in that tooth# also. Son tried some out and really liked them.

The Revos apparently are designed to clamp railroad ties and pull together horrifically prepared joints

Basic blade is 24 tooth, as others have said. I have a 60 tooth, a steel cutting and an aluminum cutting as needed.
I no longer build museums but don't want to change my name. My new job is a lot less stressful. Life is much better.

Diablo 24T for construction lumber, 40T for plywood. To me they seem to last much longer than other brands.
Always by 2 of each, have a new one handy.
