I watch Dave Gatton's channel on YouTube.  Dave is primarily a CNC guy but today he posted about his modified table saw zero-clearance insert that has a wedge to guide small parts away from the blade of his Ridgid R-4512.

In the video, he offers to send out a free CNC file that will let you precisely cut zero clearance inserts for the Ridgid R4512.
