Dewalt 625 template subbase

Apparently I have lost the guide bushing plate that came with the Dewalt 625 Plunge router. It is a plate that attaches to the router base. I don't see it in the schematic of replacement parts(ereplacmentparts.com) Does anyone know what the this adapter is actually called or its part number or where to buy it? I have to be more careful.

I don't, sorry, but for $36 you can get Pat's. Highly recommended.

It is this part# DWB-328645-00 for the base, and the Bushing Guide DWB-868151-00
