crazy question - has anyone ever seen plans for the Sears houses

According to this brochure, Sears also sold garages, barns, other farm buildings, summer cottages and log cabins.

The lady that lives between me and the lake here lives in one of those Sears homes and her dad built it. She has a set of plans for it and I got a glimpse of them. I told her she needs to keep those with the house. We are in negotiations to possibly purchase the house from her in the future so I would love to keep the plans.
