WOW it's been a long time since I bought this price went up a LOT.

I think seeing the price is so high I would think for the bottoms of the feet that I might go with a T nut, and an elevator bolt, just to raise it up  so the wood didn't make ground contact. Well painted and off the ground would go a long way to keep from wicking up any water, unless where you kept them was where a pond forms when it rains a lot.
