Do yourself a favor, get a realtor involved ASAP, its worth the commission, think of it as part of the overall relo expense to get you/your bride a better employment opportunity.  Zillow can be hit or miss, and FSBO's take a long time, and a lot of your time, when you have already got a house in your new area under contract - you can't afford that.  3 time relo experience talking.....YMMV
