Yonico Picture Frame Bit Set - NIB $45 Shipped

The subject pretty much speaks for itself, 3 piece bit set (1/2" shanks).  I bought these a while back and never used them and doubt that I will as I went another way for that project.  New these are $53 so how does $45 shipped to any of the US states via Priority Mail sound?  I take PayPal (prefer friends/gift to avoid fees).    On Amazon they have 4.5 stars (16 reviews) if that helps.
