Well, I'm 80% done with a Viking Tool chest "version". But then I just got in a value package that I ordered 2-3 weeks ago. Actually it's from Lafayette, IN. I burned out on guitars years ago, but something about another instrument may be worth a try. At least this way I can do some woodworking at the same time
Happy woodworking,
Chris

Looks like someone will be "Pickin & Grinnin"? Banjo?
Show me a picture, I'll build a project from that

The Revos apparently are designed to clamp railroad ties and pull together horrifically prepared joints

It will be a banjo! But a pretty old-fashioned one feature-wise. The head-membrane is goat skin, and it's held by tacks. This kit model also doesn't have metal frets on the neck, by design. It is a plywood-based kit. That's enough teaser for now... no need for an "infomercial"

Can you play it? Or, just stick it on a wall?
