I'm looking for a nice contractor or cabinet saw for a kitchen cabinet project... something with a large table for sheet goods... anybody close trying to unload one?

Have you checked Craigslist?  Louisville has several listed.

For sheet goods there are several "track saw" aficionados here

i did look on Craigslist.... I think part of the issue is I don't know exactly what I want... powermatic 66 at a craftsman price ?
