I have a solid fir six panel door. Stain/finishing with Hemp Shield: an oil/water base formula treatment.
Two panels have been, apparently, over sanded. That is, whereas the the panel had grain ridges, these have been sanded smooth in two spots. These spots do not accept the stain and ... well you can see in the attached photo.
Suggestion on how best to create an even color blend in these panels, will be appreciated.
