I got mine in July and have already put it to practical and creative use. It's great. Great community and tech support on their website and the online "Shaper Sessions" occur almost weekly right now.
Now I'm just waiting for my Shaper Workstation delivery! (October)

You are going to really get a lot of use from the Workstation.
And there's nothing wrong with also making one of the vertical workstation jigs from plywood and some t-track. I did that when I first got mine before they had announced the Workstation. Got a lot of good use from it. I should strip it for parts and make some jigs from the big pieces.
