is a single pair of undermounts enough for this type of pull out?

For this sort of pull out (tall, narrow) is a single set of heavy duty undermounts enough or does it need any sort of extra slide at the top?

I have a similarly designed pull out in a base cabinet that holds liquor bottles. Probably carrying 35-50 lbs...and it is just a single set Blum soft close undermounts. No issues at all in 15 years.

I think it depends upon the total weight.  With heavy units they always seem to have a slide on top.  Link   The horizontal orientation suggests it's there primarily as a guide
