I have the common metal push pull one, bits in the handle.
This is a wood handle, ratcheting, flat blade.
Picked up a while ago.

Have a slightly shorter version...except still has that bright red wood handle...

Haven't seen any with a Phillips bit...
This one measures 6" long..total length..
