Restoring a 63 Chris Craft
#13
OK, I'm no expert but have quite a background in boat building dating back to when my dad and I use to build 14' speed hulls back in my youth. Used them for duck hunting in the winter and fishing and water skiing during the summer. We used a lot of marine plywood, mahogany and some white oak for the chines and transoms.

What material did you use for the wooden repair work?

A mix.  White oak.  Mahogany.  Okoume ply for the hull repairs.
I have found how much a boat is used is inversely related to how much it weighs.
