Trouble posting pictures still

Can't post pics...  This is what I get.  Suggestions?

I got that error last week as well, but it wasn't in relation to posting pics.  Rather, it was when I tried to go to the site's front page.  I haven't tried posting a pic in a while, so I'll try one here...

   

Appears to have worked for me, and I haven't received that error since early last week.  I have no idea what cleared that issue.  I just had to wait a day or two to get back into the site.
