You can buy marble shower curb thresholds at any tile shop. They'll be 6" wide and 6ft long and about an inch thick. Some shops have the ability to rout the profile. If they can't do it, they will know a countertop shop who can. You should also be able to buy it from granite/countertop shop but they will charge a premium to cut it off a slab and rout it. Marble is soft and easy to rout.
