I'm getting ready to CNC this Index Wheel design that I made for my 10" Midi Lathe. It's 8.5" in diameter.
I'm looking for feedback from those with more experience on the design and number of holes per ring.

That looks very interesting. Will you have the sector arms like a metal worker's dividing head? Please show us the finished assembly when it's done, especially how you anchor the pin. I'm intrigued.
We do segmented turning, not because it is easy, but because it is hard.
