If you are posting from a mobile device, it is nearly impossible from the mobile version. If you go to the bottom of the screen, there is an option to switch to full version. Then it is much easier. Just attach the photo (try to resize the photo from your device so it doesn't take too long to upload, 20 or40% should do it) and insert into your thread.
