ECE Planes
#6
All 3 of these look like they have been use very little if at all. Their will be some Bumps and bruises from spending years in a tool box. I am not familiar with these planes so PM me with any questions. Buyer pays shipping.

ECE Smooth Plane with A hornbeam sole. This is $215.00 new. This one is $150.00

ECE Rabbit Plane. This one is different than the current model. The blade in this one is held in place by A screw mechanism (see the knob in the back) where as the current one uses A wedge. $125.00

ECE Jointer Plane. This one different than the current one. This one has a knob has a knob on the back to lock down the blade and a depth adjustment knob. The sole is 2 11/16” wide and 21 5/8” long. $175.00

Pedder, you could be right. I'm not familiar with these so I used the info off of the current models.

I think Pedder is correct, My ECE reformed smoothing plane has a Lignum Vitae sole and it looks exactly like yours.

Lignum vitae is a self lubricating wood and is a much better choice than Hornbeam sole. Might make it an easier sale.
