I love repurposed stuff. 45 years ago in my youth I was an apprentice butcher, and all our "power" equipment was Hobart, all industrial grade, made like tanks, ran very smooth and yes, had a design element that in most cases was quite elegant. I'd love to have that huge bandsaw that I used to "break down" hind and fore quarters of beef!
