Help with a "necklace key" for a locked box?

My wife saw a box on Pinterest that she really likes, and suggested I buy something like it for her for Christmas.  Being the fool that I am, I said, "Self, let's build it instead."  She doesn't know I decided to do this.

Oddly enough, I watched a video on YouTube a couple weeks back showing the construction of one that is nearly identical to the one she showed me pictures of, so, yeah, I'm gonna tackle it.

The thing is, she loves keys.  Key pendants on necklaces are her favorite, and she specifically said she'd like a box with a key that can be worn on a chain, and admitted that it might be a tough thing to find and buy.  So, if you guys can help me earn *major* brownie points with the wife, I'd greatly appreciate it.

I intend on leaving the secret compartment the way he did it, but wish to install a lock for the top lid.  Can any of you suggest a lock that has a key that can double as a pendant on a necklace?

Nice looking Box, I liked the construction of it and that secret panel was ingenious. However he made me nervous with his fingers so close to the blade when he made those legs, YIKES !
